Jay Leonard Stonework

This backyard renovation took an unusable space that had standing water all summer long and transformed it into a place for entertaining and family gatherings. After removing many truckloads of clay soil, underground drainage was installed, eight to ten inches of screened loam was spread over the entire area, and 5000 sq. ft. of Kentucky Bluegrass sod was laid. The wide jointed walkway and farm stacked stonewall were built with repurposed materials from on site.
